Seeing is believing. Come along to our Middle Temple Mindfulness practice sessions to learn more about this simple secular form of meditation. Learn valuable brain basics and tools to help you harness your natural capability to find peace in this frantic world"

Middle Temple will be continuing it’s Mindfulness Sessions into 2017 under the guidance of a new tutor, Lucy Whitehall.

Lucy Whitehall

Lucy is an employee wellbeing consultant, trainer and coach. She helps individuals access their resilience and strengths to enable them to become the best versions of themselves. Lucy has her own mindfulness practice which is deepened with silent retreats and regular yoga practice. She has been taught and guided by mindfulness and yoga experts including Dr Patricia Collard and Helen Stephenson. Lucy has a is currently undertaking a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching. She is CIPD qualified and holds a BSc in Life Sciences, Masters in HR Management and is a qualified teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
