Description

These workshops are aimed at beginners and those with an existing mindfulness practice. We will incorporate a variety of mindfulness practices and experiential exercises to help participants learn new techniques and deepen their practise.

These sessions will be held on the following dates:

Mindful Monday
When: Monday 22 May 6.45-9.15pm

Fruitful Friday
When: Friday 23rd June 9.30am-12pm

Tranquil Tuesday
When: Tuesday 18th July 6.45-9.15pm
