Welcome to our online event where we combine the calming practice of mindfulness with the creative outlet of sketching! Join us for a relaxing morning session that will help you unwind, focus, and tap into your artistic side.
No prior experience in sketching or mindfulness is needed - just bring your favorite sketching materials and an open mind. Our expert instructor will guide you through various mindfulness exercises and sketching techniques to help you create beautiful artwork while finding inner peace.
Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner looking to explore new ways of self-expression, our Mindfulness Sketching Mornings are the perfect way to start your day with creativity and relaxation.
When and Where?
Sessions are 1 hour long on Zoom.
Friday afternoons 4-5pm.
How much?
£6.50 pp.
What do I need?
Access to the internet, a screen to look at, a table or something to lean on when drawing, some paper a pencil and if you want to add some colour to your work feel free to use any other art supplies that you have available..
How do I join?
Once you have booked you will be sent a link to join the zoom session a few days before the class begins via email. Simply click on the link and wait to be admitted to the meeting.
