Mindfulness - Soul healing - Meditation
This is a regular Mindfulness group meditation. We will be using a simple guided meditation technique. It’s one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, and one of the most powerful ways to heal the Soul, eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes.
This event also includes short talks about mindfulness its use in stress management & Soul healing. This unique group is led by a practicing Hypnotherapists Corin Thistlewood.
