What can I expect from the course?

Each week you’ll receive 2 hours of direct tuition, coaching, and guided meditations live via Zoom.

You’ll get:

- Guided meditation instruction in the class from a qualified MBCT teacher
- Ongoing support from your instructor
- All the materials you’ll need to continue your practice at home
- Small group sizes to create a safe, welcoming atmosphere

There's a maximum of 10 spots on each program to make sure everyone gets enough support in the group.

This course is suitable for complete beginners with no experience of meditation or mindfulness, but is also open to those who have meditated before.
