Mindful Space Summer Retreat, June 2018
Coming Home: Creating your own place of refuge

Be easy. take your time. you are coming home. to yourself
Nayyirah Waheed

In the busyness of our daily lives we can neglect and lose ourselves. This retreat is an opportunity to come home; a nurturing weekend of meditation and mindfulness in a beautiful woodland setting. Learn how we use the simple tools of body and breath awareness, to create our own safe, nourishing space.

What will I get out of the retreat?

  • Deepen/energise your mindfulness practice
  • Cultivate calm and relaxation
  • Deepen your awareness of body and breath
  • Learn to use your practice to create a sense of safety and refuge
  • Experience a peaceful, nourishing weekend with others in silence
