Mindfullybeing offers mindfulness training in a clear and playful environment that helps you develop skills to improve work-life balance.

About this Event

You can attend one of our taster sessions in person and meet our teachers face to face with other potential participants in a group session.

The Taster session lasts for two hours . You can either book for the whole eight week course beforehand or just book for the Taster session, with the option of booking that evening for the rest of the course.

Tasters are open to everyone interested in mindfulness.

For all participants intending to train in mindfulness we have found it essential;

  • to explore what mindfulness is and isn’t,
  • how mindfulness works and the benefits of training,
  • to raise awareness about mindfulness-based approaches,
  • to orientate participants as to what the course offers and demands,
  • for you to assess the expectations of the course and its suitability at this point in your life
