Mindfulness Taster Session

Heard about mindfulness but not really sure what it's all about? Or perhaps you've been practising individually for a while, but not attended any classes.
Join us for this taster session, find out a little bit about mindfulness and why more and more people are starting to practice it, and have the chance to experience mindful meditation in a group - so different to practising alone.
The session will last for an hour, and we will undertake a variety of practices as well as talking about what mindfulness is and how we can use it in everyday life.
The event is free, and tea or coffee are available afterwards for £1.
