Suitable for beginners to Advanced. Children aged 12+ can attend with a participating adult.

Creating art, is a way to access a meditative state of mind and we can all reap the benefits of the profound healing it brings. Whether you are an experienced artist or haven't touched a paintbrush in years thinking "I can't draw a stick man!", fear not, all are invited to attend this relaxing, calming art workshop where the focus is to use art as a vehicle for self connection and connect with the flow and present moment awareness.

Each session will start off with some short breathing exercise to music to reach a state of calm, before we begin the guided art element of the workshop. The hope is that after your first session, you will wish to attend each session to be present in taking a moment for yourself and enrich your soul with art on a regular basis as you reap the benefits that mindfulness art can bring.

Each session a different subject matter will be taught using varied materials (watercolour, acrylics, sumi-e ink, collage, monoprinting, mixed media...etc). Workshops will be drop in and take place once a month on Saturdays and occasional weekday Thursdays (see tickets for full schedule of dates/timings). All materials will be provided, but you may wish to bring along an apron and are encouraged to bring your own materials should you wish.

These workshops are also suitable for children aged 10+ when accompanied with a participating adult.

Look forward to getting creative with you.
