Working with Outlook SW we are providing a two hour workshop including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). MBCT combines mindfulness meditation practices, with elements from cognitive therapy to help change the way we meet the habitual negative thought patterns that are characteristic of depression and anxiety. In trials, MBCT courses and continued practice have been shown to significantly reduce the risk of relapse in depression and anxiety and to be widely beneficial to health, wellbeing and happiness.
