Mindfulness Walk
Family Mindfulness walk. Slow down, have fun, and connect with breath, body and nature. Please join us on the first Sunday of every month.
About this event
Meet by the Main door, front steps of the Mansion House at 9.45am to set off at 10.00am
Slow down, have fun, and connect with breath, body and nature. A 30-60 minutes gentle walk (length depending on participants on the day). There are slopes, some rough ground and we may go through the woodland.
Any age welcome, including children in buggies. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Thanh, one of our trained walk leaders (from Two Mindful Bees) will lead the walk.
