About this Event

Come and Join us in this free Autumn/Winter series of Mindfulness with Huda Donald. Huda is an experienced mindfulness practitioner and Msc Mindfulness studies student with Aberdeen University. She has been practising mindfulness for the last eight years and started teaching two years ago.

Due to Covid19 all sessions will take place on Zoom.

Please note these sessions are for unpaid carers based in the Highlands only.

Session 1: How to breath mindfully, the unmindful mind, what it is and how to combat it, the butterfly mind, and the difference between thoughts and thinking.

Session 2: Body scan, walking and sitting meditation

Session 3: How to enhance awareness in everyday activities

Session 4: Compassion to oneself and others

Session 5: Literature to read and mindful resources

Session 6: A session on art therapy with a qualified art therapist

Session 7: A session of yoga

Session 8: Recap session
