🧘♀️ Perfect for anyone who’s used Insight Timer or attended the Introduction to Mindfulness Insight Timer session and wants to turn meditation into a regular habit, with the encouragement of a group exploring together.
In this follow-up session, we’ll:
🧘♀️ Recap how to use the Insight Timer app and its key features
🌱 Reflect on what participants have discovered so far — new teachers, meditations, or courses they’ve enjoyed
👥 Share favourite sessions, playlists, or topics with the group
🕊️ Experience a longer guided meditation together as a group
💬 Explore the power of community and peer support in helping us stay consistent with mindfulness and self-care
💡 Discuss the benefits of regular meditation — from improved sleep and focus to reduced stress and greater emotional balance
There’s absolutely no pressure if you haven’t started yet — this session is a chance to re-engage, get inspired, and remind ourselves that we’re not alone in building new habits.
Together, we’ll discover how shared learning and support can help us make meditation a meaningful part of everyday life.

Participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.
