Session 3 – Reducing Anxiety & Finding Calm: Tools for Everyday Balance
Feeling anxious or overwhelmed is something many of us experience - especially when life feels busy or uncertain. In this session, we’ll explore simple, evidence-based ways to calm the mind, relax the body and bring balance back into everyday life using the free Insight Timer app.
💛 Perfect for anyone wanting to manage stress, reduce anxiety, or learn calming techniques they can use anytime.
🧘♀️ In this session, we’ll:
✨ Explore Insight Timer’s guided meditations for stress and anxiety relief
✨ Experience a 10–15 minute group calming meditation (such as a soothing body scan or grounding breath)
✨ Reflect on what triggers stress and what helps you feel calm
✨ Share favourite tools or meditations from the app
You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, with practical tools to reduce anxiety and a better understanding of how to use Insight Timer to support your wellbeing.

Participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.
