Join Kiran who will take you through a guided mindfulness session to leave you feeling refocused, reenergised and relaxed.

About this event

Practicing mindfulness can be a great way to manage stress and boost compassion, focus, empathy, patience, energy, and ultimately, happiness.

This class will be delivered virtually via MS Teams, once you have signed up you will receive a link to join the session.
