This workshop is a practical introduction to mindfulness-based stress reduction by a fully qualified teacher and mindfulness practitioner. We will look at the fundamentals of being more present for our life rather than caught up in worries about the past and/or future. We will also learn a simple mindfulness practice than can support us whenever we feel anxiety, fear, or stress. It's also great for making the most of joyful moments that come our way.
