Wellbeing and Resilience Workshops
Bromley and Lewisham Mind have kindly offered LSEC students the opportunity to learn about Mindfulness through their Wellbeing and Resilience programme. The sessions will draw on recognised approaches including the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ and involve introducing young people to Mindfulness – a skill that will improve resilience to cope with the challenges of life.
Students will learn skills and approaches to maintain positive mental health which can improve their confidence, ability to cope with life, and their performance.
