Who are Mindset Maintenance?
Mindset Maintenance is a Portsmouth-based not-for-profit dedicated to enhancing mental wellbeing and resilience through low-cost events and free workshops. We host in-person and online sessions covering everything from mindfulness and resilience to community connection and creative expression. We believe in creating supportive, welcoming spaces where everyone feels valued and heard.
Some of our activities and talks include:
Joey Duffy – The Moo Coach
Interactive Session: Reframe Your Emotions: Make Stress and Anxiety Work for You Joey is a Military PTI-turned-Transformational Coach with over a decade of experience in mindset training, injury rehab and fitness. With an MSc in Psychology, he helps people build resilience through movement, mindset and practical emotional tools.
His session will help you explore how to turn stress into strength through simple, science-backed techniques.
Harry Beattie – “Ice Bath Harry"
Harry Beattie spent over a decade in active addiction - using drugs, alcohol and gambling to escape deep-rooted feelings of unworthiness. After many failed attempts to get clean, everything changed on 21st July 2024 when he took his first ice bath.
Since then, he's taken one every single day, sharing his honest journey online to inspire others. Through cold water, consistency and connection, he's rebuilt his life and reclaimed his role as a father. His message is simple: recovery is possible — one day at a time. Stay chilly.
Colinda Latour – Self-Love Coach & Author
Interactive Session: Morning Ritual: Generating Love Through Action Colinda is an acclaimed author and self-love coach who guides others to cultivate love through intentional action.
Her heart-opening session combines a simple physical ritual with reflective insight, helping you embody love, reset your energy, and carry a sense of connection into the rest of your day.
Beginner Yoga - I CAN YOGA with Maria
Yoga is possible for ALL - Maria will show you how to go from I can't to I CAN, with her beginners yoga sessions.
