Frequently asked questions

What level of player is this suitable for?

This workshop is designed for competitive players of any standard who are serious about improving their mental game. Whether you're club level or compete regionally, the principles apply at every level.

Do I need to play squash specifically, or can tennis/padel players attend?

All racket sport players are welcome! While Dr Phil's background is primarily in squash, the mental performance principles apply across all racket sports.

Will this be theoretical or practical?

Very practical. While we'll cover some key concepts, the focus is on interactive activities, self-discovery, and techniques you can implement immediately.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, an open mind, and ideally a pen and paper for notes. No sports equipment needed.

Is this suitable if I'm just getting back into competitive play?

Absolutely. In fact, this is often the perfect time to develop strong mental habits rather than trying to change established patterns later.

How big will the group be?

We keep groups small (maximum 15 people) to ensure everyone gets personalised attention and meaningful interaction.
