Welcome back to Mini Heroes. We are so glad you can join us and you have booked you and your little one in to join us.
As things are operating differently at the moment we just want to take a few minutes of your time to let you know what to expect and how things will work.
- One adult per family, if this is a problem please let us know.
- Upon entry we ask you to wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser stations provided
- If you or your child(ren) has symptoms within 48 hours of attending Mini Heroes and then goes on to test positive please let us ASAP
- If you or your child is feeling unwell then please do not attend.
- Social Distancing still applies between adults
- If you are unable to attend for any reason please let us know ASAP.
What we’re doing to keep your child safe:
- Cleaning all toys
- Ventilating the room
- Team will wear masks, anti bac their hands and touch points in the building regularly

NHS Test and Trace
In order to support the NHS Test and Trace programme, visitors are required to give their contact details (name and telephone number) as part of this booking process.
In line with guidance issued by the Department for Health and Social Care, we will keep your details safely and in compliance with GDPR legislation for 21 days before securely disposing of or deleting them. We will only share your details with NHS Test and Trace, if asked, in the event that it is needed to help stop the spread of coronavirus. We will not use your details for any other purposes or pass them on to anyone else.
