Solihull-based shopping centre, Mell Square, is ready to shake-up the school holidays with a summer of free fun and fitness with the launch of Mini Mells on Saturday 29th July – with a goody bag hand-out on the day.

Joining forces with Virgin Active Solihull – situated in Blythe Valley Park – Mell Square will be hosting fitness sessions exclusively for children. Running every Saturday from 29th July to the 26th August, kids can enjoy a range of fun and energetic exercise classes completely free of charge.

The 5th August, will see Mini Mells undertake a 40 minute yoga session at 10am and 12pm, meaning there will be plenty of opportunity for kids to get involved. Participants can also be in with a chance of winning a complimentary, one month, family membership* at Virgin Active Solihull.

Suitable for ages 4 - 10 years old.
