About this event

Come and join us in our creative space to learn how to make a chunky macramé pot holder. We have cords and beads of multiple colours!

Not only will you be learning the traditional macramé box knot to complete your very own plant hanger you will also have time to make an earthy terracotta plant pot that will be fired once giving your piece that natural rustic feel of traditional Mediterranean pottery. The pot will be posted to you via recorded delivery up to 4 weeks after the workshop.

Once received, pot a plant, place it in your handmade macramé hanger and display the unique piece somewhere with plenty of light. A wonderful personalised piece that will brighten up any home!

The class is 2.5 hours where you will be guided through the the stages of the making process no experience necessary the session is beginner-friendly as well for the more advanced participant.

The popular venue is our stunning Art4Space community arts centre, which is an inclusive, supportive, respectful, welcoming, and safe space for everyone.
