The Mini-Workshops Writing & Publishing give soon-to-be authors tips on whether to self-publish or publish their book with a traditional publisher. Participants are experts who want to share their knowledge in a book.
These virtual workshops are conducted via Zoom. There will be opportunities for participants to ask questions about writing. Nonfiction books targeted at the German and English markets are the primary focus.
The almost weekly open question-and-answer session takes place on Thursdays from 8 to 9 pm Zoom calls are live with video and audio (optional) and not recorded.
You would be able to ask your questions directly to a publishing expert. Usually, there are several people in this mini-workshop, so you will have space to ask your questions regarding your project.
Would you like to hold your own book in your hands as the author?
It makes sense to attend the Mini-Workshop Writing & Publishing before you start writing or during the writing process. Yes, even if you are currently contemplating the possibility of writing a book. This event saves you time.
Do you have a plan in place?
Amazing! Attending is smart because marketing starts before you write.
Are you stuck in the middle of nowhere and can't find help?
This event could be an additional source of motivation.
Did you finish your writing yet?
Would you like to know what you can do to make your book more likely to get published?
