Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Black's Club welcomes over 18's only. Photo ID may be requested for access into the venue.

T&Cs

1. Venue access is for persons who are over 18 years old. Photographic ID may be required.

2. Tickets are based on a first come first saved basis and subject to availability.

3. Reserved tickets are only available via eventbrite.co.uk free of charge and cannot be sold. Tickets may not be reserved or purchased from any third party agent. Tickets cannot be exchanged and lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.

3. Only persons holding a valid Ticket will be admitted to the exhibition. You must keep your Ticket with you at all times during the exhibition.

4. You must produce a valid Ticket to gain entry, ticket may be in the form of paper, mobile, or email.

5. Ticket is valid for 45 minutes from your selected session start time. There will be no admission to the exhibition before the designated opening times or date.

6. There is no re-admission once you have left the exhibition except in limited circumstances at our sole discretion.

7. Please be prepared to queue for access to the exhibition during busy times. Ticket holders will be granted entry on a fist come first served basis, with last entry 1 hour before closing each day.

8. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse entry and/or to require any person to leave the exhibit if they are intoxicated or acting in an antisocial or disruptive manner.
You are not permitted to bring food and beverages into the exhibition and it is your responsibility to safeguard your possessions.

9. Photography and film cameras may be present at and around the event, this includes filming by the police or security staff carried out for the security of visitors, and filming and/or photography by Event Organisers & attendees. By purchasing a Ticket to an Event and/or attending the event you give your express consent to all such filming and to your actual or simulated likeness being included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording (“Footage”), all rights in which will be owned by us, the Organiser or the relevant third party. You also agree that any such Footage may be used by us or the Organiser in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world, including (with the exception of CCTV or security Footage) for commercial purposes, such as merchandising or DVDs, without payment or compensation to you.

10. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, extend or resume the exhibition at any time without giving advance notice for security, technical or legal reasons.

11. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with Eventbrite’s terms and conditions for the reservation of tickets.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
