Event Details

The ICSA Bailiwick of Guernsey Branch is pleased to invite you to a seminar entitled Minute Taking. This lunchtime seminar will be presented by Peter Swabey from ICSA London and will be held at Moores Hotel on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at 12.30pm.

Refreshments and buffet will be served from 12.15pm.

Taking minutes of meetings is administrative good practice. It creates a record of what has been agreed, and by whom; and of what is to be done, by when and by whom. This session takes a look at the ICSA’s recent guidance including background on the public consultation findings which led to its development.

This seminar is accredited by ICSA for 1 hour of formal CPD and certificates are available upon request when booking.

This seminar will be useful to all Company Secretaries and anyone who takes minutes.
