Start your MIPIM 2026 experience with an energizing run alongside fellow property and construction professionals.
Seize the opportunity to make your best deal of the day before breakfast, as you jog along the stunning Cannes coastline, with the sun rising over the crystal-clear waters.
Join us for daily runs from Monday to Thursday, and kickstart your mornings with fresh air, great conversation, and even greater connections.
Networking:
Growing your network is fundamental to our events and this will take place before, during and after the run.
Attendance:
This event is open to professionals working in the property and construction sector attending MIPIM. Please share with Colleagues, Clients and Contacts who may enjoy the events.
Timings:
6 pm to 7 pm - Monday 9th March (Evening welcome run)
7 am to 8 am - Tuesday 10th March
7 am to 8 am - Wednesday 11th March
7 am to 8 am -Thursday 12th March
Arrive by the time advertised, runs will depart shortly afterwards
Runs:
Groups runs will be 45min to 1h on an out and back route at a casual pace along the coast. These runs cater for all abilities.
Registration
Please register to confirm attendance. You will also be notified of any changes or additional run times added during the week.

By purchasing this ticket, you hereby agree to waive, release, and discharge Property Sports Network Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action, including but not limited to those arising from negligence or fault, for any personal injury, property damage, property theft, or other loss that may occur as a result of participation in this event, including travel to and from the venue.
IMAGE CONSTENT
We have fun at all our events, and sometimes we like to capture that fun in photos and videos. These photos and videos collected at events will be used by The Property Sports Network to circulate to attendees and for future marketing purposes both online and in print. By purchasing a ticket and or attending an event you are consenting for us to use these images and videos for such purposes.

Bring comfortable running kit and plenty of business cards. It can sometimes be cold first thing so check the weather to make sure you do not underdress.
No, we meet at the steps of the hotel. Please come along in your running kit ready to run.
No. Attendees head straight back to their hotels to shower following the events.
The events are intended to be social events and take place at a steady pace. This is not an event for non-runners.
