Miscarriage & Fertility at Work: How to support our affected colleagues.

One in four pregnancies end in loss, yet baby loss remains a stigmatised issue in the workplace. Within this sensitive yet informative session, delegates have the opportunity to explore formal and informal support strategies to help their affected colleagues. We will cover communication training, formal support initiatives (including policy) etc., as well as informal strategies, such as support groups and awareness raising beyond Baby Loss Awareness Week.
