About this event

    Join us to start your validator journey. Doesn't matter if you never validated a task before or if you are a member of HOT Global validators team.

    We will show you how to validate projects on Humanitarian OpenstreetMap Team Tasking Manager using JOSM, how to properly give feedback, examples of bad mapping, which mapping errors needs to be fixed and why. If you already know how to validate you are very welcome to join us as well to meet other validators, share your knowledge and experience.

    Previous JOSM mapping experience is required, but no validation knowledge is necessary.

    There will be two 2 hours sessions, 10:00 and 18:00 CEST.

    Can I join if I never mapped before?

    You should already have experience with mapping in JOSM and at least intermediate status on HOT TM.
