As you know we had a great time on the Mission United Faith In Life, and at the mission in April this year, when we asked the young people if they would want to do this again, every hand was raised with a resounding whoop. After our reflections and evaluations, the central team has agreed to host another April mission in 2017 (10-12th April).
What is Next:
To help the build up to April we have plans to arrange a set of termly gatherings for young people and is open to all youth groups regardless of whether they have been part of past missions or not.
Our hopes for these get-togethers are the following,
- Have a chance to have fun with other young people exploring faith.
- Have time to encounter the presence of God
- Enjoy unpacking scripture.
- Fuel the hearts of young people for
These things will be done in an interactive way, led by local leaders to help make these times accessible and relevant and to foster relationships across city lines that will help to build towards the April mission 2017.
