Mixed Level Hatha Yoga Class for Men & Women
This mixed level traditional Hatha Yoga class started in December 2015. It comprises all the usual elements of Hatha Yoga: centring exercises, postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), sound practices (mantra) and guided relaxation (often in the form of Yoga Nidra). Some of the class will be in a dynamic, flowing style.
Class is held at the recently built Cawston Community Hall, which is spacious, has natural light and underfloor heating.
