Mixed Level Hatha Yoga Class for Men & Women

This class started in 2010 and has been held every term time Thursday evenings since then. It comprises all the usual elements of traditional Hatha Yoga including: centring via breath awareness, postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), sound practices (mantra) and guided relaxation (often in the form of Yoga Nidra). Some of the class will be in a flowing, dynamic style.
The venue has good natural light, ample parking and underfloor heating.
