Many of us are Finding Ourselves in a Place of either Transition or Awakening, with a Deeper Calling to Break Free from Conditionings that have Moulded us into People we Sometimes Don’t Recognise, even Living a Life that isn’t in Alignment with Our True Self.

A Safe Space is Provided for Your Voice to be Heard and Understood. Where You can Choose, if You Wish, to talk Freely, or, Just to Listen. The Focus is on Your Growth, Dismantling Unhealthy Belief Systems, Navigating any Challenges that may be Showing up in Your Life and to Foster Inner Strength and Self Love through the Circle 💚

Each Fortnight we’ll Discuss Different Topics, the first being “Compassionate Boundaries”. We’ll look at Positive Affirmations/ Matras and little Steps that can be taken to Bring Happiness, Self Love, Peace and Balance into Your Life 🌞

OVERVIEW:

We will Open the Space with a Relaxed, Nurturing Guided Meditation. Enabling Your Nervous System to Calm and Regulate, and for You to Relax into the Space. Absolutely No Prior Meditation Experience Required.

We Will Flow into the Sharing Circle of Discussion and Listening, Whereby You can Witness and Share, if You Wish, Stories, Fears, Dreams, Experiences and Hopes. It’s an Opportunity to Deepen the Trust within Yourself by Speaking Your Truth and Honouring Your Story.

You are not Forced to Speak, Just being Present and Listening is More Enough. I will Share Positive Affirmations/Mantras, Tips and Advice based on our Discussions 💫

📚WHAT TO BRING:

Firstly, You are Welcome and Accepted Just as You are, no Requirements to Be Anything, but You. You may Wish to Bring a Blanket and/or Warm Clothing. You may Wish to Bring a Journal/Pen and Paper so You can take notes.

Refreshments are also Included, along with Healthy Vegan Nibbles ☕

It’s Important to Know who’s Holding Space, so here’s About Me:

I’m 46 and over the Years Through the Open University and other Recognised National Academic Providers, I have Gained Qualifications/Certifications in Psychology, Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Life Coaching, Nutrition, Mindfulness and Mentorship.

I’m Presently Studying Coaching and Mentorship Specifically for Adults with ADHD. I’m also a Shamanic Healer, Kambo Practitioner and Reiki Master.

Door Located between “The Greengrocer” and “Co-op” You will need to Buzz for Entry, Luna Aura is Located up the stars, Through to Door on the Right.

Free Sunday on Street Parking.. There's also a Large Free Carpark Located Behind “The Original Factory Shop”.

🚃TRAINS:

Luna Aura is Located a 9 minute walk from Garforth Train Station, with Regular Trains Operating on a Sunday Between Leeds and Garforth.
