The second in our series of interviews with the UK’s most respected and influential music managers features Shaurav D’Silva - a trailblazer whose career spans DJing, A&R, label leadership, and global hit-making.
From his beginnings as a DJ and promoter in 1998, Shaurav went on to organise the Urban Music Awards, work with the MOBOs, and found 2-Tone Entertainment in 2005, managing acts like Rudimental and Baby Blue. He later joined 3Beat Records/Universal as A&R, signing and developing Cashtastic, Stylo G, Fuse ODG, and Sigma, achieving over 10 million record sales and multiple No. 1 singles.
