We're celebrating one year of MMM!
November 2016 marks one year since we started MMM, so we are celebrating with an extravaganza! The morning will be mindful movement and meditation and the afternoon will have talks and workshops - you can come for just the morning, just the afternoon, or the full day. Lunch and snacks are included.
The MMM morning session is £25.55

The morning sessions consist of Mind Movement and Meditation
Joanna and Mel are blending movement and meditation with powerful sounds, breath techniques and guided visualisation.
This session offers you the opportunity to relax and unwind, learn some gentle movements that blend yoga, Pilates and Alexander Technique so that you gently move into fitness; afterwards comes the chance to relax and experience the basics of meditation, breathing and relaxing the mind, towards a deeper sense of peace and relaxation.
Come along and experience exercise and movement combined with meditation techniques and sound therapy music, all of which can be very transforming and create longer-term feelings of peace and inspired action. We also blend in discussions around the law of attraction and setting intentions to focus your mind and embed what you desire at a deeper level of consciousness.
This unique class incorporates the three essential elements of gentle movement, breathing, and meditation techniques so that you can start your weekend and month feeling totally relaxed, refreshed and revitalised. It will nurture your mind, body and spirit.
Lunch, snacks and hot drinks (tea, herbal tea and coffee) are included in any part of the price plan you choose as we like to help people connect and share.
We are very lucky to have a range of other professionals to come and do some talks and workshops on a variety of topics such as health and wellbeing, nutrition, Feng Sui, supplements, managing stress and living a more peaceful life.
Others TO BE CONFIRMED are Parentherapia, an empathic parenting approach; belly dancing for the inner spiritual goddess; photography basics and capturing the light; working with crystals, and angel card readings.
Attendees will have the opportunity to choose between workshops and talks throughout the afternoon and join in discussions and ask questions.
What do I need to bring?
An open mind, love and curiosity.
Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one (or borrow one of our), water, a blanket and a small pillow/cushion.
Wear warm, comfortable clothes in which you can move easily. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
