The Chequer Mead carpark is a short 1 minute walk away from 1 Middle Row, our meeting spot.

Do I need to be good at running?

Not at all, this is for those who are keen to begin their running journey, elevate their fitness or as a way to keep consistent with their aerobic fitness.

Do I need to know someone to join?

Absolutely not, however you can bring a friend if you wish but rest assured you will be made comfortable in little to no time.
