Join Muslim Northern Women for our Grand Annual Open Mic Night on Monday 16th September 2025 at the Manchester Central Library (Performance Space, Ground Floor). Doors open at 5:00 PM, with performances running from 5:00PM to 7:30 PM. This sisters-only (18+) evening will be a vibrant, healing space filled with poetry, storytelling, and raw self-expression, centring the powerful voices of Muslim women across the North.
Whether you’re stepping up to the mic or supporting from the audience, expect a night of shared truths, sisterhood, and soul-stirring creativity. Hosted in partnership with the Ahmed Iqbal Ullah RACE Centre & Education Trust, this event invites you to reflect, connect, and celebrate who we are. There are also nearby multi story carparks ie NCP and QPark around St Peters Square or 2 hour street bays but they get booked up quickly. St Peters tram stop is right outside the library if you are planning to use public transport.
