This 5 week block will introduce you to FRC CARs.

What are CARs - Controlled Articular Rotations.

CARs are end-range joint circles that allow us to maintain articular health, teach improved control, and serve as an assessment tool for joint health.

Your typical CARs routine focuses on controlling and assessing the entire end range of motion of a particular joint.

There are other many variations of CARs, such as Axial Rotations which make these tools applicable to many situations.

You will learn all of this and how it can help you in your life and your chosen sports/play/adventures.

- This is NOT a stretching class.

- This is specialised strength training.

- You will likely not have done anything like this before.

- It’s as mentally taxing as it is physically.

- Be prepared to put in a lot of effort and you will reap incredible rewards.

Class will be barefoot, 🏼 in socks, in a beautiful, warm studio.

Mats will be provided.

Week 1 is mandatory. Do not book if you cannot attend the first class.
