We would like to invite you to a hands-on workshop where mobility experts, industry actors, and researchers will prioritise the key digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills gaps identified in our literature review. Your input will directly shape the design of targeted support programmes and training, delivered through the MobiNexus Entrepreneurship Academy.

What we will do together:

✅ Examine the consolidated list of skills gaps across Shared Mobility, Electrification, and Automation

✅ Analyse each gap using the EIT Value Creation Model to understand:

▶️ Where value is currently created

▶️ Where value is limited or destroyed

▶️ What is under-used or missing

▶️ What new opportunities exist

✅ Prioritise the most urgent skills needs to inform the development of effective support and capacity-building programmes

✅ Contribute to shaping high-quality training that will be offered free of charge to mobility sector professionals
