About this event

Business • Career

Muckle LLP in conjunction with Parklane Plowden barristers will deliver an in-person mock employment tribunal. This event will give an invaluable opportunity for attendees to see employment tribunal proceedings and procedures and learn what to expect from these.

This interactive session will allow attendees to observe a realistic hearing and review realistic employment tribunal documentation. The session will be brought to life by interactive discussions from our employment law experts from Muckle and Parklane. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session and gain a better understanding of the workings of an employment tribunal; how witness evidence is given; how tribunal judges reach a decision, and why.
