Mock Employment Tribunal - with Loch Associates

Loch Employment Law and Old Square Chambers have joined forces to present a mock Employment Tribunal giving you a unique insight into what happens at a hearing and our top tips on managing an ET claim.

In our scenario, we’ll explore a case of alleged wrongful and unfair dismissal and the whistleblowing implications of a potential protected disclosure. We’ll also consider how the timing of a dismissal could impact how a claim is handled.

You’ll leave with an understanding of how a Tribunal works, and what employers can do to prepare themselves if they need to successfully defend a claim in future.
