Building on the successful delivery of Model UN event in 2024 at Bishop Grosseteste University, we are pleased to offer again this experience and simulation to local Schools and Colleges.
With a £500 prize at stake for the winning student team, participants engage in the conference event representing an allocated country. They negotiate with other international countries and try to agree how to develop their policy priorities and secure (or donate) funding to agreed areas of development (economic, social, educational and technological). The day is interspersed with a competitive team building event and other opportunities to build and project your country profile, the day is busy but fun as participants develop confidence, public speaking and their cultural intelligence.

Where: Bishop Grosseteste University, Lincoln
Who: Year 11, 12, 13 pupils, 6th Form College pupils, 1st year undergraduates - (participating in teams of either 3 or 4)
Please book the same number of tickets as the number of people you are bringing onto campus. (We suggest approximately 4 members per team) Further communications will be made to provide information and find out dietary and/or accessibility requirements.
