About this event
The presentation, from Monodraught, will explore how thermal modelling can inform smarter, more resilient classroom designs that balance comfort, energy efficiency, and compliance. Using a series of simulation studies, we will examine the impact of different ventilation strategies – including crossflow ventilation, smart controls, and hybrid approaches – on managing indoor air quality and limiting overheating. The session will highlight key design principles, performance trade-offs, and future-ready solutions, equipping attendees with practical insights to optimise teaching spaces in line with evolving climate, energy, and wellbeing demands.
