In this week’s discussion, we will work through detailed case studies of individuals facing complex personal and emotional challenges, such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, low motivation, and feelings of being trapped or overwhelmed. Using these examples, we’ll explore how to identify core issues, recognise defence mechanisms and limiting beliefs, and consider which coaching approaches might best support each situation.

Together, we’ll reflect on when it may be appropriate to take on a client, how to shape a session plan, and which helping techniques can be applied effectively. This is an opportunity to deepen your confidence in making sound coaching decisions and to learn from the shared perspectives of fellow practitioners.
