The Business, Human Rights and the Environment Research Group (BHRE) will be holding its third Greenwich Symposium on responsible public procurement. This year we will explore the challenges and opportunities for public buyers to make a different in the lives of those producing the products we purchase. We will be focusing on Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking and Human Rights Risks in the Global Supply Chain.
Speakers will include academics, public procurement professionals and members of civil society organisations, including members of the International Learning Lab on Procurement and Human Rights and the international NGO Electronics Watch.
