Change is now a constant in the business world and the ability to navigate its choppy waters and even encourage change is what separates extraordinary businesses from the rest of the pack. The ability to lead and inspire change is fast becoming the most important quality that a business leader can possess. The underlying purpose of this course is to develop awareness and understanding of the particular dynamics of initiating and leading successful change in different business contexts and to develop skills required to examine its personal, interpersonal and organizational impact.
