hūmānus and the Arakan Rohingya Society for Peace & Human Rights (ARSPHR) cordially invite you to a pivotal event dedicated to preserving truth, honouring a fallen hero, and advancing the enduring fight for justice:
Bearing Witness to Mohibullah's Legacy: Launching the Rohingya Atrocities Archive and the Enduring Fight for Justice
This special evening marks the launch of ARSPHR's groundbreaking website, a powerful digital archive meticulously documenting the harrowing atrocities committed against the Rohingya community in 2016 and 2017. The archive provides unprecedented access to the complete body of work of the late Mohibullah, the fearless advocate for peace and justice tragically assassinated in 2021.
This vital digital archive features compelling testimony and visual documentation, offering profound insight into the enduring struggle for justice and accountability.
We are honoured to confirm that you will hear directly from Hashmat Ullah, son of Mohibullah, as he shares reflections on his father's courageous life and lasting legacy. He will be joined by Eva Buzo, Executive Director of hūmānus, in a discussion moderated by Katie Arnold, an award winning film maker and investigative journalist with a particular interest in Myanmar.
