Description

This is an event which will help train you to become a Digital Service Assessor within the Ministry of Justice.

During this training session, we will cover:

  • Assessment formats
  • Roles & responsibilties of an assessor
  • How to ask effective questions
  • Common pitfalls in assessments
  • Report writing
  • Assessor Q&A

There will be several handouts during the presentation, which you can keep for future reference. The slides of the presentation will also be distributed afterwards.

NB - this training session will not cover the 18 points of the GDS Service Standards as it is expected that you will already be familiar with them ahead of the session.
NB - it is also expected that you will already have some familiarity - generally speaking - with how government digitral Service Assessments work
