Each participant will create their own traditional Moldovan pie from scratch:

• Knead the dough (with Thermomix)

• Choose and prepare their favorite filling (cheese, potatoes, cabbage, etc.)

• Shape and roll the pie in a traditional style

• Bake it and proudly serve their creation 😋

🔵 Shaping & Assembly (20–25 min)

• Rolling out the dough

• Folding or rolling pies (spiral, folded, or triangle style)

• Optional toppings: sesame seeds, egg wash

• Pies go into the oven

• While baking: Lemonade & snacks + Q&A/discussions
