Held in Lille, the focus of this year’s in-person Imaging User Meeting will be on automated workflows and high-content, 3D imaging.
About this event
At this meeting, you will learn how your peers are utilising cutting-edge imaging technologies to advance their own research, have the opportunity to share your own work, and meet our expert team of imaging scientists.
This meeting will be valuable whether you are an existing ImageXpress system user, or whether you want to learn more about high-content imaging, especially in a 3D context.
In addition to presentations, we are also delighted to be able to offer a tour of HCS Pharma: where you will be able to see their automated, high-content screening platform, and ask any questions you might have.
We are pleased to be able to confirm the following talks will take place:
- Dr. Maria Clapés Cabrer, Sun Biosciences: High-content 3D image analysis and characterization of standardized human rectal organoid arrays
- Dr. Elin Pietras, Biotech Research & Innovation Centre (BRIC), Copenhagen University: Automating arrayed CRISPR screening in a Core Facility setting
- Dr. Qasim A. Majid, Division of Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy, Helsinki University: High content analysis applications in regenerative cardiac pharmacology
- Dr. Lisa Drews, MIMETAS: High throughput phenotypic screening & 3D imaging with Organ-on-a-Chip
- Dr. Anna Erikson, Umea University: Setting up a whole animal screen using ImageXpress Micro-Confocal
- Dr. Nathalie Maubon, HCS Pharma: Importance of the microenvironment for relevant in vitro 3D modelling: features and advantages of BIOMIMESYS® hydroscaffold
- Dr. David Egan, Core Life Analytics: Phenotypic Profiling in 3D: Prospects & Challenges
- Dr. Allan Sauvat, Gustave Roussy Institute: Bridging TensorFlow and MDCStore: an opensource solution for high-throughput deep learning image analysis
- Professor Bernd Bufe, Hochschule Kaiserslautern: The value of combining high-content and high-throughput imaging for research in infection biology.
- Dr Eva Mall, Mosa Meat: Why Lasagne Is Better Than Spaghetti: A Novel Screening Model for Adipogenic Differentiation
Please note that you must comply with any applicable COVID-19 regulations in place in France at the time of the event in order to attend.
