Our health walk provides an opportunity to socialize with a small group (up to 6 at present) in a safe way (physical distancing in place) and could benefit your physical and mental health. The walk will last approx an hour and cover a distance of around 2.5 miles. A mix of quiet country roads, woodland footpaths and residential pavements. Meeting place is the car park behind Tesco, off Glasgow Road in Kilmarnock.

Our Health Walks can take place in line with The Scottish Government's current Covid-19 guidelines. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF EAST AYRSHIRE IS IN TIER 4 OF THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT CORONAVIRUS PROTECTION LEVELS AT THE TIME OF THIS EVENT THEN YOU MUST NOT TRAVEL FROM OUTWITH EAST AYRSHIRE TO ATTEND.

By booking a slot you agree to the following:

• You come along entirely at your own risk
• To photos being taken during the activity and used in publications and or on social media channels. If you do not want your photo to be taken, please let the activity organiser know when you arrive.
• You are not experiencing symptoms relating to Covid - 19 such as high temperature, lack of smell and taste or new persistent dry cough. If you do, you should stay home and keep yourself and others safe.
• In the last 14 days you have not been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid - 19 or exhibiting Covid - 19 symptoms such as high temperature, lack of smell and taste and/or dry persistent cough. If you have been in contact, you should stay at home and keep yourself and others safe.
• You will follow all instructions given on the activity by the activity leaders and will notify the activity leaders of any concerns throughout the activity.
• You will take full responsibility for any death, illness, personal injury, loss, accident or damage to any property or to any person or any consequential losses arising from your own or your dependent's actions during the activity with the exceptions of Sustrans /Active Travel Hub own negligence
• You don't have any medical conditions that prevent you from participating safely and any medication required by you during the activity will be carried and administered by you.
• You understand the demands and requirements of the activity and are capable of participating fully and safely.
• I acknowledge that the Active Travel Hub has not given me medical advice relating to my physical condition and ability to participate in this activity.
• That if you are under 16, your guardian is either in attendance or has completed a parent consent form.
• The understand that the Active Travel Hub reserves the right to to remove a participant from the activity should any aspect of the participants behaviour be deemed inappropriate or it is believed the participant's safety or the safety of the others may be compromised.

We may share your information with NHS Track and Trace to reduce the spread of Covid -19
